Terms & Conditions
By engaging Havix Designs ("we", "us", "the studio"), you ("the client") agree to the following terms.
1. Scope of work
All deliverables, timelines and revisions are defined in the project quote or agreement. Work outside the agreed scope is treated as a new request and quoted separately.
2. Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to lock a project slot. The remaining balance is due before final source files are released.
3. Revisions
Each project includes two structured revision rounds unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions are billed at our standard hourly rate.
4. Ownership
Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Havix retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and marketing.
5. Liability
Havix is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of deliverables.
6. Updates
These terms may be updated. The most recent version always applies to active engagements.
