Refund Policy

Because design work is custom and time-intensive, the following policy applies to all Havix Designs engagements.

Deposits

The 50% project deposit is non-refundable once design work has begun. It secures your slot in our schedule.

Cancellation by client

If you cancel after work has started, you will be invoiced for the percentage of work completed up to that point. Any remaining balance from the deposit will be refunded.

Cancellation by Havix

In the rare case we cannot complete a project, you will receive a full refund of any unearned amounts.

Delivered work

Final deliverables are non-refundable once approved and released to the client.

Disputes

We resolve issues directly. Reach out at hello@havixdesigns.com and we will work toward a fair outcome.
